song: A Whole New World

On Monday 3rd, October, the students of 5th B worked on the song "A whole new world" from the movie "Aladdin".
First, they watched a version by Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson without subtitles and completed the song using the words given (photocopy).

Then, they worked on some activities on the IWB (Interactive Whiteboard) and finally, they watched Aladdin´s version of the song, this time with subtitles. They really liked it!!

El lunes 3 de octubre, los alumnos de 5° B trabajaron con la canción "Un mundo ideal" de la película "Aladino".
Primero, miraron la versión de Nick Lachey y Jessica Simpson sin subtítulos y completaron la canción usando palabras que se encontraban en un recuadro (trabajo realizado en fotocopia).
Luego, trabajaron en algunas actividades en la Pizarra Interactiva y finalmente, miraron la versión de la película, esta vez con subtitulos ¡Realmente les encantó!

The students of 5th B worked on the Interactive Whiteboard. We practised the verb "have got" and parts of the body while playing different games and doing varied activities. To round off our lesson, we created faces. We had lots of fun!

The students in 7th grade watched the video "A day in the life of Dennis Cook" in order to practise the Simple Present Tense.
Then, they answered some questions about it.
